One of the many areas that we also specialize in the area of RF communications including but not limited to both base and portable mobile phone and mobile broadband including gaining or increasing reception and stabilizing connectivity in areas where there is little or no reception especially in rural and regional areas.

Waykat Services specializes in all I.T. maintenance, small, medium and large scale networking, communications, telecommunications integration as well as power backup (UPS) & retail point of sale software & hardware including high end hardware & software sales & service.

Waykat Services are also experienced in the set up and running of social media for our clients including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Trip Advisor, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Our latest projects were for two clients in Wagga Wagga, NSW where after talking to the client we were contracted to  install & commission a secure high end Ubiquity Unifi WiFi network, one being for The Pavilion Motor Inn as well as a full cytrix and cloud based booking system & the other, on a slightly smaller scale, for Hog’s Breath Café. The Hog’s Breath Café WiFi network also included integrating their Tyro EFTpos terminals to the SSL Secure section of the Ubiquity Unifi WiFi network, thus saving Hog’s Breath $1.00 for each time these terminals were used, which is up to 50 times per day saving them approx $1,500.00 per month or $18,000.00 P/A )

We have just finished outfitting Hog’s Breath Café main back office with a full server rack, including managed switches, UPS & re-cabling of their existing network, re-locating their 2 main servers & installing a Telstra NextG failover router system as their ordering system is “cloud” based all of this will be done whilst they continue to operate and function as a fully operating café / restaurant business. And are now about to setup a full cloud email service and integrate existing emails services into one area.

On the basis of our successes with our latest projects we have been requested to scope out & quote for a secure out door WiFi network for another substantial resort in NSW. This is under discussion at the moment.

Our experience includes commercial VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) & the linking of remote offices & sites via wireless, microwave and data bearer, as well as land line & VPN (Virtual Private Network).

Waykat Services are also able to offer both pre and post disaster recovery we aim to have to have clients already prepared and tested for just about every eventuality and type of disaster that may effect your business or to help you recover as quick as possible after such a disaster.

Our latest disaster recovery was for a company called Grech Panels in Glenroy in Melbourne where they lost an entire server that had NO backup and was not able to be recovered by two other data recovery specialist  companies but we were able to recover 100% of the data and had the client back up and running in 24 hours and fully recovered and totally functional and operations and back to normal in 48 hours with a full new disaster recover both internal and external also installed and running, Grech panels welcome enquiries about our data recovery services.

Waykat Services are able to offer clients a full retail including fashion and hospitality POS system tailored to suit their individual business needs including scanners, printers, cash draws and Eftpos terminals with several different hardware and software products and vendors that we offer and work with.


Separate to our I.T. services we also have a fully qualified professional ISO accredited Book-Keeper/Office & Administrator who is an AAT Affiliate on staff that is experienced in working with both MYOB & Reckon (QuickBooks) products, as well as other business computer packages.

Our bookkeeper / office / administration manager has worked for both large corporate firms as well as small & medium sized businesses as Office Manager/ Administration Manager and Book Keeper, so is experienced in working alongside Financial Controllers, Senior Accountants, Auditors as well as being a team leader/manager to other staff. Our bookkeeper / office / administration manager also has experience in dealing directly with both the Victorian State Revenue Office & the Australian Taxation Office.

Those service’s includes full accounts reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll including superannuation & the current changes that are being made to the superannuation scheme, bank reconciliation and BAS service. Our book-keeper is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and is ISO Accredited and is also First Aid accredited with St. Johns Ambulance as well as police and security back ground checked and cleared.
